On this page you can find all the information needed for booking a ticket to Cheltenham Festivals. We welcome any questions or queries you may have, and our team are always happy to help.
Booking Online
Online booking is available 24/7 via our website. To book tickets or purchase one of our annual Memberships, you will need to set up a Cheltenham Festivals online account.
To do this please click on the log in image at the top right-hand side of the navigation bar. You will then be taken to a page to register your details.
Your login is unique to you and links to your Festival account, our website uses your email address as your username. If you have a problem registering with the website you may already have a Festival account set up using that same email address. Using your original email address recover your password from the login page and you’ll be able to access your account. You can recover your password at any time.
Booking by phone
Our Box Office phonelines are currently open Tuesday - Friday 10am - 4pm. Please call 01242 850 270 and select option 1 to speak to a member of the team.
During the Cheltenham Science Festival, the Box Office Phonelines will be open between the following times.
Tuesday 4 June - 10am - 2pm
Wednesday 5 June - 10am - 2pm
Thursday 6 June - 10am - 2pm
Friday 7 June - 10am - 2pm
Saturday 8 June - Closed
Sunday 9 June - Closed
Booking in person
Our Cheltenham Science Festival Box Office will be open at the front entrance of Cheltenham Town Hall at the following times.
Tuesday 4 June - 10am - 8.30pm
Wednesday 5 June - 10am - 8.30pm
Thursday 6 June - 10am - 8.30pm
Friday 7 June - 10am - 9pm
Saturday 8 June - 9am - 8.30pm
Sunday 9 June - 9am - 8.30pm

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. We cannot take payment by American Express or Diners Card.
There is a £3.00 booking fee per order online and over the phone. A £1.50 booking is charged per order for any in person bookings made at our in person Festival Box Office in Montpellier Gardens
