How do I pay?

You can pay by most major credit or debit cards. This payment is annual and is non refundable and not transferable. 

You can also sign up to a Festivals Membership via Direct Debit.

When does my Membership expire?

Your Membership lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase. 

How long is Priority Booking?

Priority booking opens one week before tickets go on sale to the general public. Members will be informed when priority booking opens.

Am I guaranteed to get the tickets that I want by becoming a Member?

Although we cannot guarantee availability of tickets, by being a Member, you will have one week ahead of the general public to order your tickets.

Is my Membership refundable?

Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer pro-rata refunds.

How many tickets can I buy?

This will depend on the level which you choose, which is illustrated in the table below. Once tickets go on sale to the general public, you can buy additional tickets.

Can I upgrade?

You can upgrade your Membership at the point of renewal. Unfortunately, you cannot upgrade your Membership mid-term.

Can I buy a Membership for a friend?

Yes, gift Membership is available in the form of a Gift Certificate which the recipient can then use to purchase a Membership.

What do I receive when I join?

We will send you an order confirmation email shortly after purchase of your Membership as well as one welcoming you to the scheme which you will receive within 24 hours.
